Period of Employment
3.1 Your probation and training period is 60 days from the date you officially join the Firm.
During this period, your employment may be terminated by either party giving to the other
one (1) day notice in writing or salaries in lieu thereof.
3.2 Your compulsory social contribution including social, health and unemployment insurance
will be withheld and paid to the Social Insurance Department from the month you officially
join the Firm, based on the statutory rates of the “employer” and “employee”.
3.3 Upon the satisfactory completion of the probation period (and subject to approval of the
employment contract by the Ministry of Labour), your fixed term employment contract for 2
(two) years will commence from the date of your confirmation. Your employment may be
extended beyond the initial two year period by mutual agreement between the Firm and
yourself.
3.4 During your two-year employment with the Firm, either you or the Firm may at any time and
for any reason give the other party written notice of the termination of your employment with
the Firm according to the Labour Code.

Thời gian của việc làm
3.1 bạn thử việc và thời gian đào tạo là 60 ngày kể từ ngày bạn chính thức tham gia Công ty.
Trong giai đoạn này, việc làm của bạn có thể được chấm dứt bởi một trong hai bên cho đến khác
một (1) thông báo ngày bằng văn bản hoặc lương thay đó .
3.2 đóng góp xã hội bắt buộc của bạn bao gồm cả xã hội, y tế và bảo hiểm thất nghiệp
sẽ được khấu trừ và nộp cho Sở bảo hiểm xã hội từ tháng bạn đã chính thức
tham gia các Công ty, dựa trên tỷ lệ điều lệ của "chủ nhân" và "nhân viên".
3.3 Khi hoàn thành thỏa đáng thời gian thử thách (và phải được chấp thuận của
hợp đồng lao động do Bộ lao động), hợp đồng lao động dài cố định của bạn trong 2
(hai) năm sẽ bắt đầu từ ngày xác nhận của bạn. Việc làm của bạn có thể được
vượt quá thời hạn hai năm đầu theo thoả thuận giữa các doanh nghiệp và
bản thân.
3.4 Trong việc hai năm của bạn với các Công ty, hoặc là bạn hoặc các Công ty có thể, vào bất cứ lúc nào và
vì lý do nào cho các thông báo bên bằng văn bản khác của việc chấm dứt việc làm của bạn với
các Công ty theo quy định của Bộ luật lao động.
