Since the information symbols S(n) are encoded into the amplitude of the transmitted
spectrum at the subcarrier frequencies f n , the received symbols R(n) are the product of the
transmitted symbol with the channel’s frequency-domain transfer function H(n) plus the
additive complex Gaussian noise samples N(n)
