(1) Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, either Party's liability for slight negligence is limited to a breach of duties essential to this Agreement and to typical damage foreseeable at the time of execution of this Agreement. This limitation does not apply to damage to life, body or health. As far as any damage is covered by insurance, either Party is only liable for costs or losses of the other Party in connection with that insurance.

(2) Nothing in this Agreement, expressed or implied, is intended to give to any person other than the Parties any right, remedy or claim under or by reason of this Agreement. All covenants, stipulations, promises or agreements in this Agreement shall be for the sole and exclusive benefit of the Parties.

Any personal liability of either Party's legal representatives, directors, officers, employees and vicarious agents for slight negligence is excluded.

(1) Trừ khi có quy định khác trong Hiệp định này, hoặc là trách nhiệm của Đảng đối với sơ suất nhỏ là giới hạn để vi phạm nhiệm vụ cần thiết để Hiệp định này và thiệt hại có thể dự đoán điển hình tại thời điểm thực hiện Hiệp định này. Sự hạn chế này không áp dụng để gây thiệt hại đến cuộc sống, cơ thể, sức khoẻ. Theo như bất kỳ thiệt hại được bảo hiểm bởi, trong hai Bên là chỉ chịu trách nhiệm về chi phí hoặc các khoản lỗ của bên kia trong kết nối với bảo hiểm đó. (2) Không có gì trong Hiệp định này, thể hiện hay ngụ ý, được thiết kế để cung cấp cho bất kỳ người nào khác hơn các Bên bất kỳ quyền, biện pháp hay khiếu nại theo hoặc vì lý do của Hiệp định này. Tất cả các giao ước, quy định, những lời hứa hay thoả thuận trong Hiệp định này là vì lợi ích duy nhất và độc quyền của các Bên. Bất kỳ trách nhiệm cá nhân của một trong hai đại diện pháp luật của Đảng, giám đốc, cán bộ, nhân viên và đại lý gián tiếp cho sự sơ suất nhỏ là loại trừ.
