Since the completion of survey and design of on-farm canals is the item of critical path of OSDP2 tasks, the Outlines and cost estimate of on-farm canals survey and design should be approved as soon as possible and the recruitment of the Design Consultants should be conducted, or even to be directly selected to accelerate the survey and design of on-farm canals.
