(But the amount of contracted price shall not be changed.)※ Work Scope (Major Activities)1) Importing an Engine, Generator, Radiator and so on and assembling the generator set and installing it.ENGINE( Cummins or Caterpillar or Mitsubishi ) Generator (Cooling type: RADIATOR): Stand-by 1,600 KW 50Hz ( Prime 1,460 KW)2) Manufacturing and installing Free Standing Generator Control Panels: MAIN ACB 4P, 4,000A (G-1), FEEDER ACB 2,000A *2 (G-2)3) Installation of other equipmentA. Installation of anti-vibration springs (spring isolators), battery, battery charger(the best quality available in the market)B. Manufacturing and installation of fuel tank: 4,000LC. silencer and indoor flue (SUS 304, double pipe)should be installedand the indoor flue should be installed to top floor. (including finishing construction)D. Installation of fire protection materials at wall penetrations (pipes for fuel, air vent, chimney, and all others that penetrate walls)E. Installation of digital fuel % meter(the best available in the market) and oil- moisture separator (the best available in the market)F. Installation of battery and battery charger in container cubicle (with electrostatic powder coating)G. Installation of locking device at fuel injection nozzle H. The Generator Operation Board shall have a contact so that it can provide information to the fire protection board whether whether generator is on or off.I. The supplier shall fill up the fuel 4000L when taking over (And each time you request a test drive)J. Installation of fuel pipes between the fuel tanks 4,000L including all the associated works.K. Installation of fuel transfer pump, pump control board, automatic control system including all the associated pipes and cablesL. Installation of muffler drain pipe and valve.4) Supplying and installing of Bus Duct is out of scope.5) All the cables used shall be fire-retardant type and supplied by either LS CableLtd. or Taihan Electric Wire Co. Ltd. & CADIVI6) All the licensing related activities against the Vietnamese authorities including EVN inspection, hazardous material inspection and all others, with all the associated expenses shall be born by the Supplier.7) Commissioning & TestingA. Factory Witness Inspection: Test operation of the generator at 110% load for at least one hour, the load being a heater resistor, not a water resistor.(2 person, Two Nights and Three Days,lotte CM 1 person,lotte MART 1person)B. Test for turn over to Owner's Facility Team: The Supplier shall implement a test operation of the generator connected to the actual load for at least one hour before'mart opening.'
C. Training on use of facilities for Handover : The Supplier shall provide at least three times of facilities training for Owner's operation staffs, get a certificate from the Operation Department stating that the training is properly done and submit it to the Owner (Lotte CM).
8) The room of Generator is located at basement.
So you should include in your quotation a fee of using equipment, moving and installing.(Additional amount at the settlement is not applicable.)
9) Installation of pipes (¢100) for ventilation (in-coming and out-going air) to fulfill the requirements for permits for handling hazardous materials in the fuel oil tank room is included in the Supplier's work scope. The quotation shall include all the cost associated with this work. No additional payment shall be allowed at the
time of payment.
10)The unit price of all estimated cost shall be in Vietnamese VND.
※ Key Instructions for Quotation
1)The Supplier shall implement the construction work only after it secures the approval on drawings and other documents by the Owner's supervisor. Any modification(addition, deletion, change, etc.) to the work done without prior approval by Owner's supervisor shall not be respected even if the work has been done substantially. No additional payment shall be allowed at the time of payment.
2) A modification on which the Supplier has submitted a status report to the Owner's supervisor and an Approval Confirmation by the Owner's Lotte CM has been issued shall be allowed for additional payment at the time of payment.
3) Work residuals such as drums, pipes, etc. shall be disposed of by the Supplier. The cost of waste disposal shall be included in the Cost Breakdown Sheet.
4) Costs associated with overhead at Supplier's headquarters, overhead at the construction site, direct expenses and profits, overtime(such as night works and
'push-ahead works'), etc. shall be covered by the line items titled 'general expenses' and 'profit' in the Cost Breakdown Sheet. Such items should fully support transportation of materials, customs clearance, warehousing, etc. that are needed for a smooth implementation of the Work and for this purpose they are included in the contract amount in the form of additives percentage (% of the total direct expenses). The additives percentage is fixed and shall not be subject to any change.
5) The Work Completion Date shall be based on the complete acquisition of various licenses (Receiving electricity, inspection before use, acceptance inspection by fire protection authority, permits for use of building) that are related to the completion of the site buildings and facilities. All the work shall be completed before the established Work Completion Date. Any remaining work that is left behind this Work Completion Date shall be construed as a defect. The liquidated damage due to delayed completion shall be counted from this date. The Contract Period shown in the
Contract encompasses this Work Completion Date and an additional period of two months after the site work completion for payment adjustment and thus is different from the net work period at the job site. Once again emphasized is that the actual work period is up to the point when job site work is completed.
6) Preceding processes that are delayed or site conditions may hamper the proper implementation of the Contract work and such situations may cause extension or contraction of the work period, but without any increase in contract amount.
7) The supplier shall stand by during the period of 'opening week' (from the date of mart opening to Sunday of the week) according to the instructions by the Owner's supervisor, with an emergency task force (korean) organized, to take care of any unexpected accidents. No additional payments shall be allowed for this work.
8) Price fluctuation and escalation of foreign exchange rates shall not be included in any consideration for payment adjustment for this Work.
9) If any damages, spoilage, losses take place before the turn over of the Facilities to the Lotte CM Receiving team, the Supplier shall be fully responsible for remedies and restorations since they are caused due to lack of sufficient site management by the Supplier. The Supplier shall assign adequate number of supervisors to materials from the day they are brought into the site to the day of Lotte Mart Opening and all the costs associated with this activity shall be included in the Conract amount.
10) All the materials used for the Work shall be those specified in the vendor lists, drawings, and specifications that will be provided by the Owner. In case a material change to use a material not included in the above document is necessary, it shall be subject to the prior approval by the Owner's supervisor and its quality shall be better than or equivalent to those that have TCVN, KS, IEC, JIS marks or their type- approvals. If the Conract Work is completed using any unapproved materials, they
shall be re-worked using approved materials and any costs associated with this rework shall be born by the Supplier.
11) Supplier shall submit the Plan of Factory Inspection before on month in written in order to import or ship the Equipment. (During time, All expenses, including transportation, meals, lodging and so on for Participants shall be borne by the Supplier.
Supplier must prepare company's inspection items in advance. Both overseas and domestic factories inspection will be checked. (Including all expenses for 2 people (korean Staff, Vietnamese staff /3days and 2 nights)
12) All the costs associated with customs duties and forwardings to the site in Vietnam (such as transportation, customs clearance, insurance, service charges, fees, etc.) shall be included in the Contract amount and shall not be separately
compensated for.
※ Method of Calculating Payment Amount
1) The quantities shown in the Cost Breakdown Sheet are just estimates figures and are subject to changes due to MD, modifications of interior facilities, etc. and are finally adjusted to actual values at the time of final Work Completion based on drawings and actual quantities per actual work implementations. For additions, deletions, etc., the Work Orders issued by the Owner's supervisor shall be presented for the final payment calculation. If they are not presented, the work may not be respected by the Owner even if the work is actually done.
2) The Supplier shall do the construction work only after the shop drawings are properly approved by the Owner. Any re-work caused by such unapproved implementation shall be excluded from the quantity for final payment calculation.
3) For the new items and additional quantities identified during the process of final payment amount calculation, the unit prices defined in the Contract shall be, in principle, applied.
