Distributor’s Representations
11.1 The Distributor hereby voluntarily and expressly acknowledges that the entering into this Agreement by the Supplier is based and relied on the representations made by the Distributor, and the Distributor represents to the Supplier that within the Territory there are no restrictive laws, regulations, provisions or precedents which will adversely affect the rights and remedies raised by the Supplier under this Agreement according to the principle of the freedom of contract.

If the Distributor becomes aware of these existing restrictive laws, regulations, provisions or precedents after the effectiveness of this Agreement, or restrictive laws, regulations, provisions come into effect and the restrictive precedents become applicable to the transactions contemplated in this Agreement after the effectiveness of this Agreement, the Distributor shall immediately notify the Supplier in writing of all the contents and effects of such restrictive laws, regulations, provisions or precedents.

Nếu nhà phân phối trở thành nhận thức của các luật hạn chế, quy chế, quy định hiện hành hoặc tiền lệ sau khi hiệu quả của Hiệp định này hoặc luật hạn chế, quy chế, quy định có hiệu lực và các tiền lệ hạn chế trở nên áp dụng đối với các giao dịch dự tính trong Hiệp định này sau khi hiệu quả của Hiệp định này, các nhà phân phối phải thông báo ngay cho Nhà cung cấp bằng văn bản của tất cả các nội dung và tác động của luật hạn chế như vậy , quy chế, quy định hoặc tiền lệ.
