There is, but there is nothing you have to do for it to be used.The difference between seeds and peers is only if they have a completed version of the file(s) you're downloading, or not. For example, if you have 10 seeds, all of them will be sharing a completed version of the file, and perhaps you have 20 seeds, all will be have, and thus only share less than a 100% of the file you are trying to download.If you have no seeds online, and only 2 peers, it's possible that each of them alone has an incomplete download, but together they might have all the parts available between them. For example, if the original file was split up in 10 parts and user A has downloaded already part 1-5 from a seed that was online earlier, and user B has part 6-10, the three of you can basically share the 10 parts amongst you and all walk away with a complete version of the file.Here is how an example with a file that was split up in 5 parts, and with only 5 peers online could look like. Dark blue means that the user has already downloaded the part, and light blue that the user hasn't (completely) downloaded that part yet. Notice that user 1 and 2 are only one block away from becoming seeds.
