A lot of people believe that finishing and owning a certificate of higher education is the unique way to get a stable job. Meanwhile, opponents say that students should instantly start their work and obtain experience after school. I myself agree with the latter argument and will attempt to draw several conclusions regarding my observations on this issue. To begin with, a number of people claim that people can be successful even though they do not have a tertiary certificate. It is said that in the present world, knowledge is not the key to success in most areas but skills and experience. That is the reason why businesses tend to pick up job applicants who perform better in soft skills and have experience in the same profession. If a high-school student starts to work after school, he can save 4 to 5 years and gain much experience in the real working environment. This may give them more opportunities to get a sustainable job that they want. In addition, there are a lot of examples that can prove the fact the people can come to the peak of their career without a university education. The most famous ones may be Bill Gates and Steve Jobs who both dropped out of their colleges in the middle of the studying course. As people all know, both of them then launched their own companies and managed to make them become leading Information Technology businesses in the world. On the other hand, some people argue that in order to guarantee a good job, finishing a course of higher education is the only way. According to them, tertiary education will offer learners knowledge that has long been proved to be necessary and indispensible when they start to work. There may be some truth in their argument, however, it cannot be denied that university is not the only place that learners can gain authentic knowledge. Students find useful and necessary knowledge through books of specific areas, a short course of education or experience of the predecessors. Moreover, a student without a tertiary certificate is not likely to get the job that they desire to have. I find it hard to agree because this is only the case in several countries or fields. This may be true in Vietnam where state-owned companies still take it seriously in an academic certificate. However, foreign enterprises prefer candidates who have good skills and experience. In conclusion, there are still differences in the way people look at the significance of university education in finding a good job. I myself believe that university education is important but it is not the only way to ensure a job opportunity. Other ways should be seriously considered including beginning to work after school.

Rất nhiều người tin rằng hoàn thiện và sở hữu một chứng chỉ của giáo dục đại học là con đường duy nhất để có được một công việc ổn định. Trong khi đó, đối thủ ngay lập tức nói rằng sinh viên nên bắt đầu công việc của mình và có được kinh nghiệm sau giờ học. Bản thân tôi đồng ý với lập luận sau này và sẽ cố gắng để rút ra một số kết luận về quan sát của tôi về vấn đề này. Để bắt đầu, một số người cho rằng con người có thể thành công ngay cả khi họ không có chứng chỉ đại học. Người ta nói rằng trong thế giới hiện nay, kiến thức không phải là chìa khóa để thành công trong hầu hết các lĩnh vực nhưng các kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm. Đó là lý do tại sao các doanh nghiệp có xu hướng lấy người xin việc người thực hiện tốt hơn các kỹ năng mềm và có kinh nghiệm trong nghề cùng. Nếu một học sinh trung học bắt đầu làm việc sau giờ học, ông có thể tiết kiệm được 4-5 năm và đạt được nhiều kinh nghiệm trong môi trường làm việc thực tế.
