Upon the grant of agrément by the V

Upon the grant of agrément by the Vietnamese Government, Directorate of State Protocol or a diplomatic mission of Viet Nam shall send a note to response to the request for agrément. This shall be communicated via the channel used by the sending State for requesting agrément.

The processing for agrément normally takes one to two months since the receipt of the note requesting for agrément.

In accordance with article 4 of the VCDR, the sending State must make certain that the agrément of the receiving State has been given for the person it propose to accredit as head of mission to that State. The receiving State is not oblised to give reasons to the sending State for a refusal of agrément.

Khi cấp agrement của Chính phủ Việt Nam, Cục Lễ tân Nhà nước hoặc cơ quan ngoại giao của Việt Nam gửi công hàm để đáp ứng yêu cầu cho agrement. Điều này sẽ được thông qua các kênh được sử dụng bởi các nhà nước gửi yêu cầu agrement.

Việc xử lý cho agrement thường phải mất 1-2 tháng kể từ khi nhận được thông báo yêu cầu cho agrement.

Theo điều 4 của VCDR, Nước cử phải làm chắc chắn rằng agrement của Nước tiếp nhận đã được trao cho người đó đề nghị công nhận là trưởng phái đoàn quốc gia đó. Nước tiếp nhận không oblised đưa ra lý do cho Nhà nước gửi cho một từ chối agrement.
