Dear Sir/Madam,

I was so thankful when getting your respond about my application. I am giving you some information about my study career to answer your question.
Firstly, I am going to explain about my undergraduate programme. In Vietnam, students who finish high school and want to get into an university as well as undergraduate programme must take The National High School Exam. Then, with this result, students apply for university that they want to study in. Last year, I got an acceptable result and decided to apply for Hanoi University of Science and Technology. It means that I've studied undergraduate programme in this school. And about 'Advanced Program - Electricity - Electronics', that is a special course that students study subjects in English and I had to take a English test which hold by school to get in there. I did it well and have studied in this course and it absolutely is undergraduate programme of HUST.

My result is still being kept in school. Unfortunately, HUST is on 60th anniversary of establishment so they stop office operations for celebration. It must be a week or more for me to get my transcript. I do not think it could be on time for my application because as I know your course will start in November. May I ask a favour of you to give me more time for providing my information?
