1.1 Definitions
In this Schedule, unless the subject or context otherwise requires the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings:
“Activation” means the procedure for authenticating the due obtainment of a licence by the Customer, by connecting the Customer’s computer to a WingArc server through a network, etc., at the time and after the Customer starts using the Software, in order to confirm that the licence of the Customer for the Software was appropriately obtained;
“Additional Terms”has the meaning ascribed to it in Paragraph 5;
