This is an amazing opportunity for the right person to be part of a strong and dynamic team at Ruby Restaurant. We are looking for a hands-on manager who will be responsible for the successful operation of our restaurant and will manage and oversee the restaurant staff to ensure our customers receive the highest level of customer service.
Duties and responsibilities.
• Mange and motivate the restaurant team.
• Coordinate the restaurant schedule, covering different shifts if necessary.
• Design and planning menus based on demand and in consultation with chefs.
• Develop and implement restaurant policies and procedures.
• Order any supplies needed for the restaurant.
• Ensure dining facilities comply with health regulations.
• Confer with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service.
Desired qualification and skills.
• Formal qualification preferred but not essential.
• Must have at least 5 year experience in a similar position.
• Ability to set high standards and influence people to do the same.
• Strong leadership qualities and staff management.
