REQUIREMENT LETTER

Regarding to Sales contracts of Microplate instrumentation and software have confirmed since October 4th, 2016, we need your support as below:

This item in list of equipments need to appoval Import License before importing. We sent and confirmed final Letter of Authorization with you since September but has yet to received the Authorization consular legalization.

It takes a long time to get Import License from date of submit valid documents.

This shipment must be arrived in Hanoi by Decmeber 10th, 2016 to meet our delivery schedule, if we don’t have Import License we can not import it on time. It will lead to many arising matters and expensies.

Therfore, please kindly support to send us color scan of Authorization consular legalization before this Wednesday (23/11/2016) and send orginal one by courier by 25/11/2016

If you miss this schedule, Thermo Fisher Scientific Pte Ltd must bear any responsibility and arising expenses for this delay.

YÊU CẦU THƯ

Về hợp đồng bán hàng của Microplate bị và phần mềm đã xác nhận kể từ ngày 04 tháng 10 năm 2016, chúng tôi cần sự hỗ trợ của bạn như sau:

mục này trong danh sách các thiết bị cần appoval nhập khẩu Giấy phép trước khi nhập khẩu. Chúng tôi đã gửi và nhận thư cuối cùng của phép với bạn kể từ tháng nhưng vẫn chưa nhận được hợp pháp hoá lãnh sự ủy quyền.

Phải mất một thời gian dài để có được nhập khẩu Giấy phép kể từ ngày nộp hồ sơ hợp lệ.

Lô hàng này phải được đến Hà Nội bằng Decmeber thứ 10 năm 2016 để đáp ứng tiến độ giao hàng của chúng tôi, nếu chúng ta không có nhập khẩu Giấy phép chúng tôi không thể nhập nó vào thời gian. Nó sẽ dẫn đến nhiều vấn đề phát sinh và expensies.

Therfore, xin vui lòng hỗ trợ gửi cho chúng tôi scan màu của Ủy quyền hợp pháp hoá lãnh sự trước thứ Tư này (23/11/2016) và gửi một bản gốc bằng chuyển phát nhanh bằng 25/11/2016

Nếu bạn bỏ lỡ này lịch, Thermo Fisher Scientific Pte Ltd phải chịu bất kỳ một trách nhiệm và chi phí phát sinh cho sự chậm trễ này.
