Both Parties agreed for weighment of the cargo at destination (Discharge port)
to be done at Independent weighbridge with containers before the opening the
seals. The correct landed gross weight will be the difference between this
weight and the tare weight of the container. In case landed gross weight is
differing beyond 0.5% of the gross weight as per B/L either the seller or the
buyer can have rights to re-weigh the containers at a weighbridge which is
different with the 1st mentioned weighbridge in presence of the seller’s and
buyer’s representative and Vinacontrol/Cafecontrol.
