Dear Dannang Friends and associaties,
We are currently planning this years Santa Crawl charity event to be held on Friday December 2016.
Last years event raised 59 trieu for the Kianh foundation who help children with developmental disabilities here in central Vietnam.

Our schedule for the night is almost finished with 3 locations confirmed and we are currently working on one more.
I am writing this email to ask for your support.
We are seeking for donation in the form of vouchers, prizes, food, drink and cash.
1/ Low to mid range value items to be given out as prizes.
2/ High value items to be used in our silent aution.
3/Food and drink will be served to our guests during the event.
4/ Cash donations to be given directly to charity after organzations costs are covered.
No offer of support is too small as everything helps us to make a bigger and better event to raise more for our charity.
Buying tickets and attending our event is another great way to support.
Tickets will be for sale at 3 of the venues we will be visiting on that night.

You can fill it out and return if you like but this is not required to sponsor our event
An email response including your sponsorship offer is enough.
