First of all, I would like to say thank you to Mr Trai – PA Manager, Mr Tuan – Warehouse Supervisor and other DBP members for your time yesterday. I would like to list out some key points that we have totally agree on yesterday discussion. Please do not hesitate to amend/revise/add if I miss any mentioning point here:

1. Current hand lifter of DBP is not suitable for handling mesh pallet from SBFV. SBFV will send free one suitable hand lifter to DBP on the first shipment for DBP handling at factory. DBP will do maintenance for this hand lifter. DBP will also give this hand lifter to SBFV’s driver when they come to pick up empty mesh container for his re-arrange empty mesh container.
2. DBP will arrange space for maximum 160EA empty mesh container. Together with that, SBFV shall work with Forwarder to keep preform stock free at Da Nang port in some days (2 ~ 3 days) against the delivery request from DBP. DBP instead of receiving preform for safety stock will keep it at port so the space for those preform could utilize for empty mesh container.
3. SBFV will use container that come to DBP to deliver preform to pick up empty mesh container. SBFV will inform to DBP (Mr Tuan – warehouse) at least one working day before picking up. SBFV will manage picking up schedule but the quantity of empty mesh container at DBP should not excess 160EA.
4. DBP now is using lifter with celling height is 2.0m to support carrying preform from yard to preform warehouse (in the 2nd floor) and carrying empty mesh container from blowing room to yard. DBP will stock empty mesh container at blowing room and preform warehouse, up to arrangement of DBP warehouse. One round lifting is maximum 6 pallets with total height: 1.8m. DBP will load empty mesh container to the truck floor, then SBFV’s driver use hand lifter to carry empty mesh container to inside 40’ container and re-arrange per guideline from SBFV.
ð SBFV seeking help from DBP warehouse to load 6 empty mesh pallet per lifting time to truck, then adding another 2 pallet on top using forklift to become 8 pallets stack.
5. Shipping document will strictly follow current BNP practise. Delivery note send to warehouse, VAT invoice send direct to Accounting.

Any issue during operation will be given to find the best solution.

DBP sẽ cổ phần container rỗng lưới tại thổi phòng và vào nhà kho, lên đến sự sắp xếp của DBP kho. Một vòng nâng là tối đa 6 pallet với tổng chiều cao: 1,8 m.
