c. Validate C/O - Vendor checks if existing production or Lab Dip is digitally andvisually within Nike Lab Dip tolerance to new standard. If okay they must advise NikeColorist to C/O. If not okay, they must submit new Lab Dip.2. All physical swatches of carry over Lab Dips must be stored at L.O. for reference.3. Submit Status Details:a. APPROVED Lab Dips can be carried over indefinitely starting from SP05 seasonif noted C/O on the Color Standard Information list. A new Lab Dip must besubmitted if the following occurs: The color has been identified as “Do Not C/O” or “Validate C/O” on theColor Standard Information List. Vendor has advised of the need to re-dip using a new dye recipe.b. LIMITED APPROVED Lab Dips can be carried over according to same rules as“Approved” (see above).i. The exception is if the RCA or L.O. Colorist adds a comment in the LabDip comments section “do not carryover”. This case may occur if theLab Dip can be improved in the new season. If DEcmcis out of tolerance it falls into Exception Case or Unacceptable depending on the value.
