Presently we are pleased to confirm with you that your shipment is in transshipment.

Processing of your shipment has been dealt with. Unfortunately, it up-rises an unpleasant situation.

All needed now is the Refundable Caution Fee (Security Deposit) of the 1x40ft HC Container.The Refundable Caution fee for transshipment goods ranges from a minimum of 1000.00 Dollars to a maximum of 5,000.00 Dollars per Container. Charges may vary as a result of the following .;

^^Quantity of product to be delivered
^^Level of durability of product
^^Type of insurance policy used by the supplier/buyer

So you need to make a Refundable Caution fee of $2,750.00 which is 100% REFUNDABLE if NO DAMAGE is done on the container and 110% PAYABLE if ANY DAMAGE is done on the container. There is also another option for the Caution fee which is $2,100.00 but will NOT BE REFUNDABLE if there is NO DAMAGE on the container but will be 110% PAYABLE if ANY DAMAGE is done on the goods..

So please let us know which option you prefer and we will send you Shipping Invoice for payment as soon as possible so that the goods can leave port of transshipment and arrive on the precise date mentioned above. We want to make its clear to you that; This payment is urgently needed so that we can commence..

This Refundable Caution Fee will also cover the port to port terminal handing just in-case any damage is done on the container reason been that; the container is been own by the shipping company and it was just been rented to the supplier, whereas when delivery is done and no damage is cause on the container the Refundable Caution fee is 100% money giving back at the time of delivery.

It might seem like an old piece of maritime law but it really still allows for a fair and equitable division of these expenditures and costs to saving the voyage and hull..
