Documents issuance to / receipt from clients:- Provide/send documents forms/templates (account opening/maintenance, EB documents) to customers upon Relationship Manager’s (RM) requests. - Receive account opening/maintenance documents from clients, acknowledge receipt of documents.Documents walkthrough:- Face with clients to walkthrough the required documents per our Document Check List and advise them how to fill in the forms. - Advise clients to submit required forms for Company’s change of name, address, authorized signers, ect… for accounts maintenance requests.- Answer/reply to clients concerns/queries via phone/emails.Pre-screening documents:- Pre-screening of documents (when required) to ensure the completeness and accuracy and revert to client on deficiencies that need to be supplemented.- Scrutinize received documents to ensure they are complete and correctly filled in/provided.- Initial on complete documents and pass them to Legal Document Unit (LDU) for processing.Documents deferral/exception:- Notify RMs if deferral approval is required and obtain deferral approvals per Deferral grid & matrix.- Work with Legal/Compliance and obtain internal approvals on exception cases.- Escalate to RMs where it is unable to resolve the discrepancy with clients e.g. client is unwilling to provide information/rectify documents per our request.Documents negotiation:- Raise required changes (at client’s requests) to Product team and follow-up with Product team for final approved changes.Follow-up and Report:- Directly follow-up with clients to clear up the expiring/deferred/pending documents.- Responsible for following-up and closure of regulatory documents including License expiry and Registration stamp.- Track client’s requests and update processing progress/status.- Prepare ASU reports as required by Regional/Global.- Weekly reconcile with LDU for documents receipt, processed, pending.Other tasks:- Respond to emails/queries from ASU Hub regarding clients documents, authorized levels/signatories.- Support/back-up LDU to update client information into SVS system and filing/custody of documents.- Other tasks that assigned by Department Head.Job Requirement- At least 3 year-experience in banking sector- Account services related experience.- Customer focus.- Good communication skills.- Good business writing skills.- Attention to details.- Interpersonal skills/team work.- Ability to work under pressure.- Problem-solving approach to responsibilities.- Good organizational, time management (prioritiz
