Essential oil of Betel leaves (Piper betle L.) has anti-bacterial, anti-oxidant effects that can deactivate virus that causes hand, foot and mouth disease in children. Therefore, in order to generate material resources of betel leaves that have enough quality for the medicine preparation, it needs to implement cultivation processes by enhancing the use of organic fertilizers and reducing the use of chemical pesticide. Test results for some bio-organic fertilizer formulas to increase the yield of betel leaves and quality of the essential oil from 04 fertilizing formulas showed that: the reduction in the amount of cow dung, increase the amount of peanut oil cake, adding more bio organic fertilizer (Cugasa 3-2-2) to improving productivity and quality of essential oil from betel leaves. First step,we identified formula 3 (decomposed cow dung 10 ton/ha + oil cakes 0.9 ton/ha +fertilizer bio organic Cugasa 3-2-2 1.4 ton/ha + KCL 30 kg/ha + urea 92 kg/ha) for the highest yield and the best quality from essential oil of betel leaves.

Tinh dầu của lá trầu (Piper betle L.) có tác dụng chống vi khuẩn, chống oxy hóa, có thể vô hiệu hóa virus gây ra bệnh tay chân miệng ở trẻ em. Vì vậy, để tạo ra nguồn lực vật chất của lá trầu có đủ chất lượng cho việc chuẩn bị thuốc, nó cần phải thực hiện các quy trình canh tác bằng cách tăng cường sử dụng phân bón hữu cơ, giảm sử dụng thuốc trừ sâu hóa học. Kết quả thử nghiệm cho một số công thức bón phân hữu cơ sinh học để tăng năng suất của lá trầu và chất lượng tinh dầu từ 04 công thức bón phân cho thấy: việc giảm lượng phân bò, tăng số lượng bánh dầu đậu phộng, thêm nhiều hữu cơ sinh học phân bón (Cugasa 3-2-2) để nâng cao năng suất và chất lượng của tinh dầu từ lá trầu. Bước đầu tiên, chúng tôi xác định công thức 3 (phân bò phân hủy 10 tấn / ha + bánh dầu 0,9 tấn / ha + phân bón hữu cơ sinh học Cugasa 3-2-2 1,4 tấn / ha + KCL 30 kg / ha + urê 92 kg / ha) cho năng suất cao nhất và chất lượng tốt nhất từ tinh dầu của lá trầu.
