SETTING UP THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK: 1. FILL each sink basin with the appropriate liquid/chemical cleaning solution.1. WASH – Dispense SK1 Pot and Pan Detergent from dispenser by turning knob to the ON position. Fill ¾ of the way full or to fill line.2. RINSE – Fill center sink with water from faucet. Fill ¾ of the way full or to fill line. Filling the sink is not needed if items will be spray rinsed instead of dipped. 3. SANITIZE – Dispense SK2 Sanitizer from dispenser by turning knob to the ON position. Fill ¾ of the way full or to fill line. Test using a sanitizer test strip.USING THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK: 1. WASH and SCRUB dishware clean in Wash Sink (Sink 1).2. Next, DIP the dishware in the Rinse Sink (Sink 2). RINSE off all suds.NOTE: If using a spray hose to rinse, dipping is not required.3. Next, SUBMERGE in Sanitizer Sink (Sink 3). SANITIZE according to manufacturer’s instructions.4. ALLOW dishware to air dry upside down.REFILLING THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK1. REFILL the Wash Sink (Sink 1) when the water becomes dirty or the suds have disappeared completely.2. CHANGE the Rinse Sink (Sink 2) water when it becomes dirty or full of suds.3. CHANGE the Sanitizer (Sink 3) when it becomes dirty or the sanitizer falls below the specified concentration.
