The proficiency strands Understandi

The proficiency strands Understanding, Fluency, Problem Solving and Reasoning are an integral part of mathematics  content across the three content strands: Number and Algebra, Measurement and Geometry, and Statistics and  Probability. The proficiencies reinforce the significance of working mathematically within the content and describe how the  content is explored or developed. They provide the language to build in the developmental aspects of the learning of  mathematics.

Những sợi thạo Hiểu, thành thạo, giải quyết vấn đề và suy luận là một phần không thể thiếu của nội dung toán học trên ba sợi nội dung: Số và Đại số, đo lường và hình học, thống kê và xác suất. Các thông thạo này củng cố tầm quan trọng của toán học làm việc trong nội dung và mô tả cách thức nội dung được khám phá hay phát triển. Họ cung cấp ngôn ngữ để xây dựng trong các khía cạnh phát triển của việc học tập của toán học.
