Training and competence control
- According to KGS QC SYSTEM Requirement 3.1.1, the
organization shall determine the competence for
personnel who affects product quality,
provide necessary training, evaluate effectiveness
appropriately and maintain records of education.
However, PETROVIETNAM doesn't establish the
procedure and evaluate the personnel's competence
about the process as below.
- Welders, NDE performers, the personnels for Heat
Treatment, Mechanical Test, Leakage test and etc
Examples) KGS AC 211, Related to KS.

- Theo KGS QC SYSTEM Yêu cầu 3.1.1, các
Tổ chức phải xác định năng lực cho
cán bộ người ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng sản phẩm,
cung cấp đào tạo cần thiết, đánh giá hiệu quả
một cách thích hợp và duy trì hồ sơ của giáo dục.
Tuy nhiên, PETROVIETNAM không thiết lập các
thủ tục và đánh giá năng lực của nhân viên
về các quá trình như sau.
- Máy hàn, NDE biểu diễn, các nhân viên, cho nhiệt
điều trị, thử nghiệm cơ khí, kiểm tra rò rỉ và vv
