The street food not only attractive people because of the reasons above but also because of the diversity, special cuisine that full of creativeness and enthusiastic of the seller. For example, a simple dish that most of people in our class have eaten, it’s called” banh trang tron”. From some slide of banh trang we can wrap and croll together with noodle and meat or we can cut into small pieces and then mix it with some ingredient such as: salt, shrimp..and egg. What a delicious taste. Although this dish can not make you full in long hours but it can provide more energetic for the poor students and blue –color workers who have to work late .
Lots of food, cheap, fast pre-processing and processing of compact, shippers do not forget to add all tea comes service. However, because people usually come in groups, so the total money for snacks and no less. Interest earned for shippers so well, "a capital of four words."


DISADVANTAGES
Behind these attractive foods, however, that is a big matter related to “safety food” which people sometimes ignore and less pay attention to.
Besides, the rubbish and waste have thrown in everywhere, it has a large effect on the environment and urban landscape.

In brief, in spite of the diversity of street food and its effect to the people, it is still a culture of excellent food cuisine of Vietnam and in everyone of us.
