Vietnam is a developing country. In the wake of Doi moi (renovation) and the economic
liberalisation of Vietnam, a land reform was initiated with the Land law of 1987. The law
essentially paved the way for the de-collectivisation of agricultural production, defining
individual households rather than cooperatives as the basic agricultural production unit. The
Land law was revised in 1993, 1998, 2001 and ultimately 2003. It stipulates that land is a
Collective property of the people,to be uniformly managed by State.
Theaim of this chapteris to provide an overview of the current situation Land administration
System and LIS implementation inVietnam.

tự do hóa của Việt Nam, cải cách ruộng đất đã được khởi xướng với Luật Đất đai năm 1987. Luật này
về cơ bản đã mở đường cho de-tập thể của sản xuất nông nghiệp, xác định
hộ gia đình cá nhân chứ không phải là hợp tác xã các đơn vị sản xuất nông nghiệp cơ bản. Các
