I have the same Wi-Fi networking problem yesterday when I upgrade the 1520. (From 10136 to 10149).

To solve the problem, I downloaded the Windows Phone Recovery Tool, restore my phone's original settings and OS, going through the 'clean slate' route. I did the Windows Insider-Phone update procedure again to install the new Build.

The Wi-Fi networking is now fixed! The Apps list now contains Microsoft Edge, though I still did not understand why the 'Quiet hours' in Action Center still kept flashing. It looks promising from here on!

Tôi có cùng Wi-Fi mạng vấn đề ngày hôm qua khi tôi nâng cấp 1520 (Từ 10.136-10.149). Để giải quyết vấn đề, tôi đã tải về Windows Phone Recovery Tool, khôi phục cài đặt gốc của điện thoại và hệ điều hành, đi qua 'slate sạch 'lộ. Tôi đã làm các thủ tục của Windows Insider-Phone cập nhật một lần nữa để cài đặt xây dựng mới. Các mạng Wi-Fi hiện nay là cố định! Danh sách Apps bây giờ chứa Microsoft Edge, mặc dù tôi vẫn không hiểu tại sao các 'giờ Quiet' trong Action Center vẫn giữ nhấp nháy. Nó sẽ hứa hẹn từ đây!
