Description
• Design, build, test and maintain scalable and stable off the shelf application or custom built technology solutions to meet business needs

Requirement

3. FACILITATOR/ AGILE COACH/ SCRUM MASTER (3)
Description
• Coach agile teams on key agile principles including team ownership and self-organization, effective user stories, agile estimation, transparency
• Coach agile teams on key agile XP related roles, activities, and events including project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, and demos
• Coach Business analyst with assist with backlog grooming activities and assure strategy and execution alignment
• Coach will participate and assist in Release Planning
• Teach teams agile methodologies
• Coaching teams facing tough challenges e.g. related to how they work and interact together
• Coach individuals in order for them to grow and develop
• Facilitate learning through workshops, meeting, and team offsite
• Actively try to identify waste and areas of improvement
Requirements
• 5 years of experience Scrum Master / coaching Agile Scrum and or Kanban in large portfolio management engagement
• Certified in one or more of the following: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, CSM, CSPO, CSD, CSP, CSM, PSPO, PSD
• 2+ years of experience using Agile practices in an enterprise environment
• Familiar with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

4. RECEPTIONIST (2)
Description
1. Telephone
• Handle incoming calls and mailing: company presentation; taking guest’s name and company for receivers before putting the phone call through; taking accurate messages if the required person is absent
• Deal with queries from internal and external callers to ensure they are referred in a timely manner to the concerned staff.
2. Visitors
• Welcome visitors (register visitors on log book, accompany them to visit staffs)
• Give the visitors specific instruction and send the visitor to the right address/right person
3. Documents IN/ OUT
• Ensure all incoming mails/ faxes/ docs/ letters are properly disseminated and brought to the attention of concerned staff; and ensure that all outgoing ones are delivered on timely manner.
• Handle incoming and outgoing courier and delivery services of documents and parcels: record name, address, air way bill before delivery (with senders’ /receivers’ signature)
• Fax documents: copy fax in, give to addressee; send fax out, stamp; record the fax diary.
• Send/ receive/ delivery/ record as per company procedure from time to time.
4. Air tickets/Hotel booking
• Book Air tickets, Hotels (and travel insurance for trips abroad as required) following company policy for staffs/ with full follow-up of reservation; information check; change, delay, cancel (if any); and make record for payment.
5. Administration
• Make sure all suppliers contact list is updated and saved in the server system.
• Update Telephone and Fax Bills
• Check electric cut off schedule everyday and inform all staffs when there is a cut-off in the office.
• Do some printing works: contact and compare printing houses, work on the confirmed marquette before printing…
• Dealing with office owner, local police and authority, related service company if required.
• Supervise the cleaner and make sure that she well do her jobs
• Follow-up, updates the taxi card validity, monthly expense report/ summary; cost proportion into projects based on real expense
• Do others tasks assigned by HR Manager

Description
