(l) Renewal certificates in relation to such insurances shall be obtained as and when necessary and copies thereof (certified in a manner acceptable to the other Party) shall be forwarded to the other Party as soon as possible but in any event at least 28 days before the renewal date.

(m) If either Party fails to maintain or procure the maintenance of such insurances, or fails to provide satisfactory evidence and copies of policies in

other right or remedy) pay any premiums or take such other steps as may be required to keep such insurance in force or itself procure such insurance and may in either case recover the amounts thereof on written demand from the other Party.
