Smartdev warrants that the Services

Smartdev warrants that the Services performed by its employee will be of the professional standard consistent with generally accepted information technology industry standards for the performance of such Services. Smartdev further warrants that the Services performed under this Master service agreement will be proceeded with utmost promptness and diligence and executed in a professional and workmanlike manner, subject to Peddler’s full satisfaction within the limits of this agreement
