The Lãi từ năm 1992
Trong năm 1987, các quốc gia của Cộng đồng châu Âu (nay là Liên minh châu Âu)
đã nhất trí về những gì chính thức được gọi là Đạo luật Độc châu Âu, với ý định để tạo ra
