Chapter 21: Kiss




I decided to take the day of school, not because I was sick or anything. I just didn't feel like it. I didn't want to see Len after what happened.

I was still lying in bed looking at the ceiling think about all these stupid thoughts in my head. I love Len...

but when that happened...I couldn't help all the tears come down. I pull the blanket over my head and close my eyes and was about to fall asleep again until I heard the buzzing on the side table.

I pulled my hand out from under the blanket and tried to find my phone by tapping the table. Once I got it I answered the call still half asleep. "Hel-" "ANSWER THE DOOR!" then the person ends the call.

I jump out of bed and quickly scatter downstairs and open the door to see Len holding his phone tightly and looking at me annoyed.

"I tried knocking 20 times but you still wouldn't answer." He says looking at the state I was in. His expression changed sadly and he could straight away tell I was crying.

I wanted to say everything that I saw and how I feel but nothing came out of my mouth. Instead I looked at him about to cry.

I push myself onto him as I start crying my eyes out on his shoulder as he just holds on to me tightly. I hated it so much...to see that girl with him...I was so...so jealous. I wanted Len to be with me...to tell me how much he loved me...everything!

I wipe my eyes and sniff feeling his eyes on me. I get out from under where he was hugging me and shut the door.

"Miku..?" He says looking at me. My back was facing him so he wouldn't see how hideous I looked. I pushed a strand of hair behind my ear. "Please sit down..I'll make tea." I say walking past him trying to stay serious.

He takes a seat on the longue as I start boiling the water and placing the sugar in the cups. I place the finished boiling water into the cups and stir. Everything was so silent it made me feel nervous.

I walked over to Len holding the two cups of tea and giving one to him. "thank you..." He whispers placing both of his hands on the cup. I put my cup down and take a seat on the opposite side of him.

I felt regret...but why? I take a deep breath and look at him in the eyes.

"Y-yesterday I went to go get you since someone asked me too...and I saw you...you and that...girl...kiss..." I suddenly felt crying again because of that.

I hear glass shattering and I look up to see Len standing and shattered pieces of the cup all on the floor as well as the tea. "You know I love you, always! She forced herself on me...I didn't want it to happen...but it did..." He says slowly calming down.

"I love you Miku...I won't ever love anyone else..." He says standing up and walking towards me. He grabs my chin lightly and kisses me. I felt all my problems go away as soon as he kissed me..

It started to feel different...ah! L-Len's t-t-t-tongue! I felt the urge to pull back. It felt so weird but good at the same time. I eventually pull back trying to catch my breath. I could feel myself all red.

A string of saliva follows from Len's lip as he pulls back as well also trying to catch his breath. "L...Len" I say worn out.

I could see him going red as he covers he touches his lips with his fingers. He gets back to his senses. "I didn't mean to go that far...I.." He stops but keeps going. "once I start its hard to control it." He says hesitant for a second.

I nod still feeling red from the kiss. "Its better if its like that..." I say acting my very innocent. He smirks and walks back to the broken cup on the floor and starts picking up the pieces. "I don't want you to feel sad because of what happened last night...but what I want you to know is that, I'm not going to give up on you...okay?" He says looking at me smiling.

I get up and also start to pick up the pieces as well. "Thank you..." I say smiling as well. I didn't think that Len could get me this easily...

We put the pieces into a rubbish bag and throw it out. "ne Len, why did you come here anyway?" I say curious as he suddenly looks at me surprised.

"Actually...I wanted to see if you were okay..." He says going red.

I look at him smiling.

I love you Len...
