The Seller further warrants that the Work and Product are in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations at the place of origin and at any temporary and

final destination of the Product or any part thereof pursuant to the Contract, that the Work shall be performed in accordance with good international power engineering practice, and that the Work and Product conform to the applicable codes and standards and to all other requirements of the Contract.
