Hello All,
after exchanging with many people in the team, following some workshop done,taking into account your proposal, it came out that we should mix our actual organization to develop our "link" with the passion brand.

What came out is that :
- We should keep strong team with our partners, to continue their development
- We need to keep a leader for each supplier (even not partner)
- The teammate that are not in partners' team are often frustrated
- By being per suppliers - we are fighting for them and not for our customers.
- No-one is fully involved to develop our business with each customers.

​Following this I make a synthesis of 3 ways of working that team have exchanged
- Option 1 : the actual one
- Option 2 : We create brand Project group but daily supply mgt is kept per supplier
- Option 3 : We create Brand project group who manage all the front office for the customer (from development till delivery of the order) and team dedicated to our suppliers

I would like to have your advise on this 3 options by keeping in mind that :
- You should not stick to the current job sheet - It is more competencies needed per team
- Even if hard, do not think by putting yourself in one of the boxes.
- One people can have many competencies and deal with different project.

​If you have any other proposal to make do not hesitate to share.

Once you have reviewed it, I would like to share this with the team to have their comments/advises and validated together the way we want to evolve.
