Granulation process and de-watering

Granulation process and de-watering process must be have relationship together.
For requirement: the space of the slag granulation area is minimum, simple equipments , easy maintenance.
The water used for slag granulation system is circulatory system. The water can reuse.
We need to control temperature and pressure of the water that used for granulating slag to make sure sand slag can reach to over 98%
For the requirement ,The noise cause by granulation plant need to be under 85dBA.

Quá trình tạo hạt và quá trình de-nước phải có mối quan hệ với nhau.
Đối với yêu cầu: không gian của khu vực hạt xỉ là tối thiểu, thiết bị đơn giản, dễ dàng bảo trì.
Các nước sử dụng cho hệ thống xỉ hạt là hệ thống tuần hoàn. Các nước có thể tái sử dụng.
Chúng tôi cần phải kiểm soát nhiệt độ và áp suất của nước sử dụng cho tạo hạt xỉ để đảm bảo xỉ cát có thể đạt tới trên 98%
Đối với yêu cầu, những tiếng ồn gây ra bởi nhà máy hạt cần phải được theo 85dBA.
