We, WS Atkins International Limited, being a professional environmental consultancy company have the relevant experience and ability to provide the Services with regard to international environmental standards applicable to steel mills and the relevant Viet Nam national and local environmental laws, regulations and documentation which are applicable to the Facility. You have instructed WS Atkins International Limited ('Atkins') to undertake expert work in connection with the Facility. This letter together with the enclosures (the "Engagement Letter") sets out the terms of our appointment to provide our services as expert and technical advisers in connection with this matter (the "Engagement").
