For Developers/ Mobile UX/UI Designers

What you will do
· Create user design specifications including work flows/process diagrams, wireframes and high fidelity design comps detailing website/reservations/loyalty/mobile/self service/SEO designs and business rationale from concept to final design

· Prepare, organize, and complete design projects tasks of various scope and complexity effectively and efficiently while managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables in a fast paced environment

· Maintain detailed documentation adhering to visual and functional specifications

· Other duties as assigned


What are you good at
These are design skills that would make you more desirable for the position. Maybe, someone don’t have this skill set, but they should have the desire to learn these skills in a rapid paced environment:
• 1-3 years fundamentals in digital experience design projects - from concept through production

• Experience with mobile web and/or app User Interface design

• Uses digital standards and style guides to ensure design consistency across the enterprise

• Experience creating visual assets to be used in prototype development and application development

• Experience creating high-level and detailed visual digital artifacts, such as high-level wireframes, interaction flows, detailed wireframes, screen specifications based on minimal direction

• Expert with design software (e.g. Adobe CS 5+, Sketch, etc.)

• Deep understanding of user interface patterns for native mobile iOS/Android/Windows Phone) and mobile web preferred

• Demonstrated experience of Agile methodology preferred

• Demonstrated proficiency with design software such as Photoshop, SnagIt, Dreamweaver, Axure, HTML/XHTML, Microsoft Office product suite, Visio and Omniture analytics to accomplish assigned tasks preferred
