Registration
Participants are kindly requested to complete and submit the registration form of the
Meeting by 28 November 2014 please. Email of the contact persons is available on

Travel
The ILO will cover an airline ticket (in accordance with the relevant ILO rules) with
most direct route economy class (special or excursion fare) return air ticket from
his/her home country to Siem Reap, Cambodia where the seminar will be held for IL
funded participants. Travel arrangements are made so as to ensure that the
participants arrive in Siem Reap, Cambodia on 7
th December 2014 and depart on 9
th
December 2014, if not possible due to flight availability, then at the earliest available
flight on 10
th December 2014. It is emphasized that any deviation in the journey
made by the participants when joining or leaving the host country will be at their own
expense and arrangement. All participants will obtain the air tickets at the relevant

The Organiser will cover the accommodation of representatives from each
SOMRDPE, SOMHD, SOMDP, SLOM, ACDM, SOMSWD, SOMAMAF, and ILO
funded participants for the evening of 7

reserve the single room at the City Angkor Hotel (just in front of the Venue for the
Inter-Sectoral Consultation). Please note that the ILO will not cover the use of the
mini bar, laundry and international phone calls.

Currency
The unit of currency in Kingdom of Cambodia is Riel. The exchange rate is
now approximately USD 1 ~ 4,000 Riel. USD can be used extensively in Siem
Reap.
Passport and Visa
Participants should make their own arrangements in order to obtain passports, visas
and other travel documents as well as any required inoculation or vaccination
certificates. The ILO does not reimburse the cost of obtaining passports, visas,
vaccinations, airport taxes, excess baggage, and airport transfer. Page 3 of 3
Sickness or Accidents Insurance
Before proceeding to attend the Event, participants are advised to obtain insurance
coverage, either at participants’ own expense or at the expense of your nominating
organization, for sickness, accident, or temporary disability, death and third party risk
covering the entire duration of the Event, and the journey to and from the host
country. The ILO cannot accept responsibility or liability for such contingencies. In
case of accident or sickness during the Event, the participant should notify the
organiser immediately.
Dress Code
Formal dress code is recommended for all sessions.
Leisure
Siem Reap is one of the most attractive tourist destination in Kingdom of Cambodia.
Entrance to the complex of Angkor Wat Areas and the surrounding Temples are
subjected to fare. However, the Organiser are processing the request for Entrance
Fee Exemption for all participants.
If you wish to extend your stay in Siem Reap and visit the archelogical site of
Angkor Wat Area, please kindly send your passport page to us.
