The Seller guarantees that, for a period of 1 year (“guarantee period”): the commodity hereof is made of the best materials with first class workmanship, brand new and unused, and complies in all respects with the quality and specifications stipulated in this contract.

During the guarantee period, the Seller shall liable for the damage to the system itself incurred by the defects related to the design and/or manufacturing on the Seller’s side, and the Seller shall repair or replace, and it’s option, the defective system or component and its expense (including replace the broken parts). The Buyer shall promptly notify the Seller of any failure that occurs during the guarantee period and allow the Seller access to system in its usual working condition and environment for warranty repair or replacements. Failure to provide such notice or access shall relieve the Seller of its warranty obligations. The Buyer shall also allow the Seller to perform two preventive maintenance (PM) visits during the guarantee period. The warranty starts from the final acceptance report date.
Repair of replacement of a defective system or its components is the sole and only remedy under this warranty. The replacement part may be a new or remanufactured part which is equivalent to new in performance. In case of replacing a defective component, the Seller will warrant the replacement part for the remaining guarantee period or hours carried by the original system.

During the guarantee period, the replacement parts under the warranty as described above, will be shipped on a no-charge basis (the arises fee will be subjected by the Seller)
