The Contractor shall set up and maintain a centralized, computerized system for the management of project documentation at each of the Contractor working locations. The system shall manage project correspondence, documentation, and records generated by the Employer, Consultant, Contractor, subcontractors, and vendors. This system shall cover technical documentation and correspondence relating to the Contract, all of which shall be available for Employer’s immediate access, if required.
The Contractor shall provide as-built copies (12 hard copies and two electronic copies) of all documentation no later than 3 months after turning over of the plant
