Customer requirements are miscellaneous. They should tell us how important the individual items of theproducts are for them. Thus, they should assess them with the so-called preference points which express theimportance. These points must proportionally reflect the buyer’s concept of the kind of product he is looking for.That is, if "price" is assigned 20 points and "performance" 10, it must mean that the price of the product is, for thebuyer, twice as important as its performance.
