None of these options worked for me

None of these options worked for me. It says I already have the latest.
I also tried repair, then uninstall - reboot - reinstall.
Both redistributables were already installed and I was warned I am up to date, x86 and 64 bit.
SOLVED: Their is an update 4 that needs to be installed. Now it works.

I understand the need for DLLs, but C is a compiled language and these should be in the program itself.
That is the difference between C and Visual Basic. C is now an interpreted language in my humble opinion.
