Thank you for your kind response and clarification related to your stand point on the sent draft investment joint venture Agreement.

With this email, it is also from the attorney of the HKD /RMB Provider to you and would like to reiterated you that the exchange rate offered and /or given in the contract is 100 VEF v 5.5 RMB or equivalent to a net price of 116 VEF vs 1 USD (7.75 HKD ) or a gross price of 159 VEF v 1 USD (7.75 HKD ) is very rational and appropriate. The aforesaid given exchange rates are based on existing market rate prevails in Venezuela as well as our other ongoing but concluding negotiation. We really do not see the rate thereafter to be better than what is being offered now. Hence, your newly proposed price rate of 110 VEF = 1 USD is not acceptable by our buyer.

As stated in our previous email to you from the attorney of HKD /RMB Provider, that the given draft contract, much be carefully and properly studied by your seller /mandate and has to be returned back to us as soon as possible, but not more than within 48 to 72 hours from the receipt. So from the said time schedule, it is implied that there is only just another day left for the draft contract has to be signed and returned back to us together with other required verification /documents. So we have to move fast, if not the door will be closed.

Once again, with this email I would like to remind you and your VEF Provider that is final call,
Reminding that the signed contract has to be returned to us for the within the next 24 hours e., by tomorrow Sunday evening, if we do not see any signed contract from you to us by then, then we can assume that you are not interested and /or neither wanted to proceed with the ongoing but pending agreement.

On contrary, if you and your VEF provider are still interested in the said programmer, then you and the seller has to move fast, if not the door will be closed.

You have only one choice ie., to accept and sign the contract as it is or not? If yes then we can proceed further, but if your answer is No, there is no deal. Full stop !!!

Looking forward to receive needed signed agreement as well as its supportive document from you /your VEF Provider /mandate. please let me know as soon as possible about your final decision after your receipt of this email.
