For that, I believe in putting the Team first in our priorities, because it
will be much easier to delight our Customers if each of us is highly motivated.
I believe in smiles per square meter, it seems very obvious but if you look all
around us nowadays, you will find out that it could become a strong competitive
advantage.
You, our Team Members and our Customers are local; this is why I’ve decided
to build our support Team accordingly. So that, following our principle of subsidiarity,
the decisions will be taken closer to their consequences.
François De Witte will take great care of Europe, Fabrice Beschu of Russia,
Steve Dykes of India, Yves Claude of China and South-East Asia, Michel Dhumieres
of Latin America and Valery Guers of Africa. All of them have strong prior international
experience, which will help them to be very relevant locally, with their Teammates
first and their Customers.
As we also know the value of sharing to keep our costs as low as possible,
to pass on the savings in better prices to our Customers; we will share our passion
products, our best practices and whatever is good to share to serve this goal; this
is the reason why I’ve asked 4 complementary personalities to focus on this
responsibility.
Amelie Toursel, Miguel Ruiz, Nicolas Roucou and Marc Zielinski will work to
ensure a strong focus on our synergies and common priorities. They like to be at
the service of others and favor cooperation & team work.
I take the opportunity to thank Yves Claude and all of you for the good job
done in 2014, where we are seeing a strong growth of quantities, above a
double-digit growth of turnover, proof of the satisfaction of our Customers.
