Assist Environment Section Manager (EM) on all aspects of the Environmental activities.

B. Job Descriptions
1. Implement the project’s Environmental activities under the direction of Environmental Section Manager (EM).
2. Responsible for keeping EM fully informed at all times on all aspects of the Environmental activities.
3. The position will be based in NSRP site office located at Living Quarter, Tinh Gia District, Thanh Hoa Province.
4. Specific responsibilities of the Environmental Section Staff include, but are not limited to the following:
- Support the implementation of the NSRP’s environment activities under the direction of the Environment Leader and Managers.
- Studying and translating technical document of NSRP refinery in order to prepare reports and application dossiers to be submitted to Vietnamese authorities. Typical technical documents of NSRP refinery include process description, specification, process flow drawings, etc.
- Develop Environment related management plans and procedures under guidance of Environment Leader and Managers and in conformance with NSRP LLC requirements and IFC Standards.
- Create and maintain good relations with all relevant local authorities.
- Develop and maintain for Environmental activities.
- Develop Environmental reports to the local authorities.
- Support IPMT and EPC contractor when they monitor the NSRP project related construction activities.

Trách nhiệm cụ thể của các nhân viên Mục môi trường bao gồm, nhưng không giới hạn như sau: - Hỗ trợ thực hiện các hoạt động môi trường của NSRP dưới sự chỉ đạo của Lãnh đạo môi trường và quản lý. - Nghiên cứu và dịch thuật tài liệu kỹ thuật của nhà máy lọc dầu NSRP để chuẩn bị báo cáo và hồ sơ đề nghị được nộp cho cơ quan chức năng Việt. Tài liệu kỹ thuật điển hình của nhà máy lọc dầu NSRP bao gồm mô tả quá trình, đặc điểm kỹ thuật, bản vẽ quy trình công nghệ, vv - Xây dựng kế hoạch quản lý môi trường liên quan và thủ tục theo hướng dẫn của Lãnh đạo và Quản lý Môi trường và trong sự phù hợp với yêu cầu NSRP LLC và tiêu chuẩn của IFC. - Tạo và duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với tất cả các cơ quan chức năng địa phương. - Xây dựng và duy trì các hoạt động môi trường. - Xây dựng báo cáo môi trường đối với các cơ quan chức năng địa phương. - Hỗ trợ IPMT và nhà thầu EPC khi họ theo dõi các hoạt động xây dựng liên quan đến dự án NSRP.
