Task A3. BALANCED NUMBERS

A positive integer called balanced if every even number in
decimal his record occurs odd number of times, and every odd number occurs even
number of times.
For example 77, 211, 6222 are balanced numbers, 351, 21 and 662 are not.
Write a program balanced, which is the number of balanced numbers in
given interval.
Input
From standard input two positive integers a and b (a ≤ b),
separated by a space, representing the ends of the interval.
Exit
On the standard output an integer number of c- balanced numbers
n at the interval [a, b] (i. e. a ≤ n ≤ b).
Limitations
a ≤ b ≤ 1019
Time: 4 seconds.

Thoát
On đầu ra tiêu chuẩn một số nguyên số cân bằng c-
n vào khoảng [a, b] (tức là a ≤ n ≤ b).
Hạn chế
