Nowadays, it’s hard for you to turn on the TV or open newspapers without hearing or reading about the changes of the surrounding world. So what are the opportunities and challenges that the developing world brings to human beings, especially young ones like us 10 years from now.

In our own opinion, we think globalization is a big opportunity and also the challenge.

Globalization spread and transfer large-scale achievements,innovative breakthrough in science and technology,bringing knowledge and experience to nations,to every household,every single person and clear the way for industrialization and modernization

globalization provides us a chance to approach the advanced education where students are equipped with modern facilities and infrastructure. They are taught not only knowledge about society and science but also soft skills to deal with difficulties they may face in their life. They are all the experts in team working and presentation. They needn’t to have extra classes any more because all knowledge has been conveyed in classes. Therefore, they have more time for their interests for example football, dancing, singing or doing researches. The advanced studying environment will produce more and more talents. So that is the first challenge they have to cope with.

After 10 year from now,there'll be many opportunities,companies provide jobs and employment for young people,large companies might have proper working space and environment,but larger companies even have place for entertainment for relax and improve worker spirit and productivity,prevent high pressure and stress.However,a good job means alot more candidate,led to severe competition between the candidates to get a vacancy in the company.

What’s more the globalization can bring us, that’s the knowledge about other cultures in the world. As we know, the 21st century is the time of integration. So it is a big opportunity for us to raise friendship among the countries. And intercultural is the key for the lasting friendship. However, intercultural may cause some problems. Firstly, a number of young people may be so excited about other countries’ cultures that they lose their own country’s ones. For example, some young people are trying to learn Korean just because they indulge in the Korean idols. Then they try to imitate exactly as their idols from fashion styles to gestures. Besides, some have a tendency to have another name for example Trang Phap, An Japan, Bi Tran, …
