Deborah grew up as a slave in the New Elian Kingdom. Her memories while she was a slave were not so pleasant and even gave animosity against the kingdom. Later, with her extraordinary talents in magic, she entered the Ketarh Magic School, which only happened in rare occasions for a slave. There, she met other students like Lord himself and Klein.
Deborah took over the Ketarh Magic School after Alfred, the principal of the School, left to patrol Verna and recover its public security. When the World Reformation Council started to spread out their ambitions in dominating the world, she voluntarily used the school to cooperate with the council just to accelerate the downfall of the kingdom.
Hero Information and Stats 

Deborah the Magician is a Scissors-type hero with great skill areas of effect and high attack. In fact, she is probably used by the majority of the players during the early game due to her high output damage and fast growth rate. Her 3 movement could be a setback but her low movement can effectively supplemented with the passive after she becomes 3★.
She is widely used in many of the dungeons from World Conquest, Nephthys, and the Tower of Dawn, but other scissors-type heroes like Chenny and Lena can replace her in Battle of Honor and Dimensional Breakthrough in higher tiers.
Nevertheless, she is one of the most useful area-type heroes acquired during the early game with fast growth rate next to Kai. Like Kai, she might be used less and less in the late game, but no doubt, she will be the hero that will lead your other heroes to 3 and 4★.

Hero Skills

1st Skill Explosion: Explodes a fire column with magic and inflicts damage equal to [99% - 135.9%] of attack.

2nd Skill Flame Bomb: Inflicts [112% - 153.4%] damage on the enemy with flame magic and leaves scars, which in turn inflict and additional [15% - 55.5%] damage over time for 2 turns.

3rd Skill Fire Rain: Rains down magic flames to inflict [143% - 196.1%] damage and an additional [20% - 56%] damage over time for 3 turns.
Deborah’s third skill Fire Rain is what makes her a strong area-type hero. On max level, 196.1% damage with 56% damage for three turns add up to 364.1% damage. The additional damage over time can further be stacked with the damage over time from the second skill, Flame Bomb. However, as enemies get more and more ‘recover %HP every turn’ options, the damage over time becomes insignificant.
Regardless of early or late game, the damage over time from Deborah’s skills makes her one of the best heroes for Scissors Coocoo Nephthys dungeon, where enemies take 300% more damage when they are under damage over time debuff.

Passive Skill Arcane Aim: When eliminating an enemy, increases attack by [80 – 800] and movement by 2 for 1 turn.
Deborah’s three movement is not that great compared to other area-type heroes, but this can be complemented with her passive, Arcane Aim. It still has a limitation of having to kill an enemy, but in World Conquer and many of the Tower of Dawn, it is not difficult for Deborah to secure a kill.

Summary
Deborah the Magician is one of the most useful heroes you acquire during the early game with high damage and fast growth rate. For PvP contents like Battle of Honor and Dimensional Breakthrough, she can be replaced with other scissors-type heroes like Chenny and Lena, but she will still be widely used in World Conquest, many of the Tower of Dawn floors, and especially in Scissors Coocoo Nephthys dungeon where enemies take 300% more damage when they are under damage over time debuff.
