14.1.2. Within reasonable and necessary period of time before starting the Construction/Erection works, the Contractor, the Purchaser, with representatives from the Owner, shall carry out the inspection of the Equipment to determine that whether Equipment are in good condition, compliance with the Contract requirements, and sufficient for Construction/Erection at Site. The Parties not later than 7 (seven) working days from the date of inspection shall made and sign the Good Inspection Report (GIR).In case of holding shortage, defects and or damages of the Equipment for the reason attributable to the Contractor, it shall be obliged to deliver additional Equipment to cover the shortage and/or remedy, correct. replace the defects and/or damages, in the atomically possible time, by its own cost and expenses including but not limited to shipping cost and 'or the cost to correct and re-inspect the EquipmentIf the delivery of additional Equipment to cover shortage and or the remedying, correction, replace of defects and or damages causes delay of Construction/Erection Works, the Contractor shall, under its scope of work, indemnify the Purchaser for reasonable and documentary proven direct costs and expenses which occurred in connection with the said delay.
