In case of holding shortage, defects and or damages of the Equipment for the reason attributable to the Contractor, it shall be obliged to deliver additional Equipment to cover the shortage and/or remedy, correct. replace the defects and/or damages, in the atomically possible time, by its own cost and expenses including but not limited to shipping cost and 'or the cost to correct and re-inspect the Equipment
If the delivery of additional Equipment to cover shortage and or the remedying, correction, replace of defects and or damages causes delay of Construction/Erection Works, the Contractor shall, under its scope of work, indemnify the Purchaser for reasonable and documentary proven direct costs and expenses which occurred in connection with the said delay.
