I have a few comments / questions o

I have a few comments / questions on the meeting minutes. These are also related to last week’s minutes. The reason I send these comments is to prevent any delays in the schedule. This is not to say anybody is doing a bad job more as an advice.

1) There are some items that were actions for this week but I don’t see them back in this week’s MoM. Have these items been solved / done / solved (2.38.2.4; 4.38.2; 5.38.1+2; 9.38.1)?
2) Items in preparation are slipping / slipping more again. Already mentioned last week that also the preparation needs to follow schedule. When slippage in preparation is accepted because it doesn’t interfere with actual construction schedule, this will continue to happen and actual construction delays will occur. TPL to follow agreed steps and schedule (especially when scheduled by TPL themselves). To be stated in the MoM that this needs to be followed up strongly = discussed and instructed last week. This needs to be minuted.
3) 2.38.2.3 Acceptable load on panel ceiling to be confirmed by OSBD. In last week’s meeting this was verbally confirmed (1 person / panel; not my size btw ). As advised TPL to consider to use lightweight ‘platforms’ to distribute the weight over several panels instead of concentrate on 1 panel = missing from the MoM.
4) Proposed stainless steel thru bolts were last week confirmed to have an import time of 3 weeks. Now one week later is 6 weeks import time + the week loss because they haven’t been ordered yet. Approval process seems to be needed to start again which means another week delay. Delivery time will now be >8wks instead of last week’s 3-4 weeks. This needs strong follow up by TPL and should be high priority. Air transport to be considered especially as they are supposed to be delivered within October (originally middle of October)
5) 3.38.1.3: for me not clear if FM materials have been ordered last week. Why take another 5 days to be able to present the order confirmations when this should have been ordered already? Please explain.
6) Start fabricating steel structure delayed. Has there already been a steel workshop inspection, check welding certificates (maybe welding mock up), QAQC system of steel supplier available, etc.. This was discussed and needed to be done asap before start fabrication!
7) Inspection schedule for steel fabrication to be provided by TPL. Has this been done?
8) 7.39.1: see comment #2 => delayed a little bit? We are talking about days and weeks at the moment. No effect on master schedule? This will have effect on master schedule (thru bolt supply for example. Especially as this preparation works continues to slip. TPL to provide all confirmations of items ordered already. RHDHV to check what is missing and if these confirmations are correct. I would like to see a strict warning in the MoM regarding slippages as also verbally discussed last week.
