Sir Johans Patrick MP, The Rt Hon, who is also Chairman of the Investment Board, is the Founder & Chairman of Johans Group, the parent company of Johans XXI. He is businessman cum politician, former Financial Secretary to the Treasury, United Kingdom. He was elected the Conservative MP for Liverpool since 2010. He's very influential to the financial markets of the United Kingdom in particular and Europe in general.

Graduated from the London School of Economic, Sir Patrick was a member of the CFA and ACCA with 30 years experience in the international financial sector. Forbes magazine estimated personal fortune of Sir Patrick in about £4 billion.
